Using BuddyWish
BuddyWish is a free gift registry service. By using it you agree to use it for its intended purpose — creating and sharing gift wishlists. You must be 13 or older to create an account.
Your lists
You own the content you add to your lists. You're responsible for the accuracy of your items and links. Don't add anything illegal, harmful, or offensive.
Purchases
BuddyWish is not a store. We help coordinate gift giving but we're not responsible for purchases made through linked stores. All transactions happen directly between you and the retailer.
Affiliate links
Some links on BuddyWish include affiliate tracking. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links. This doesn't affect the price you pay.
Cash funds
BuddyWish cash funds are for tracking contributions only. We don't process payments. Money moves directly between users via Venmo, PayPal, or similar services. We're not responsible for payment disputes.
Availability
We do our best to keep BuddyWish running smoothly but we can't guarantee it will always be available. We're not liable for any losses caused by downtime or technical issues.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of BuddyWish after changes means you accept the updated terms.
